FONT LICENSE — OVERVIEW

WHO IS THIS LICENSE FOR?

This commercial font license covers use of the Pamplemousse font ("Font Software") by individuals and single-user freelancers purchasing for their own use. One license = one user.

HOW MANY USERS ARE ALLOWED?

Each license covers one (1) desktop user. If multiple people in your business need to use Pamp, each person must purchase their own license.

ALLOWED USES

  • Personal projects, art, and non-commercial work

  • Commercial design work including print, branding, packaging, stationery, and signage

  • Client work — logos, branding materials, printed collateral, social media graphics

  • Templates sold to others (Canva templates, Etsy templates, editable design files) — font must be embedded in a non-extractable format or supplied as outlined/rasterized artwork only

  • Social media content for personal, business, and client accounts

  • Video content, film, broadcast, and streaming

  • Physical end-products sold for profit (apparel, mugs, stickers, greeting cards, posters, etc.) up to 1,000 units per design AND up to $10,000 USD in annual revenue from Pamp-based products

  • Read-only, non-editable PDFs and digital publications

  • Logos created for clients — client owns the final outlined artwork; client must purchase their own license if they require the font file

USES REQUIRING AN EXTENDED LICENSE

  • Print-on-demand sales exceeding 1,000 units per design or $10,000 USD annual revenue from Pamp-based products

  • Any use not described in the Allowed Uses section above

USES NOT PERMITTED

  • Sharing or transferring the Font Software to anyone other than a contractor working on your behalf under written agreement (see Section 4.3). All other users must purchase their own license.

  • Sublicensing, reselling, or redistributing the Font Software in any form

  • Embedding the Font Software in editable files distributed to unlicensed third parties (read-only/flattened/outlined output is permitted)

  • Embedding in software applications, mobile apps, games, or electronic devices

  • Modifying the font file or creating derivative fonts

  • Using Pamp in any AI training dataset, generative AI system, or machine learning model of any kind

  • Using Pamp in letterform products where individual letters are the primary item for sale (e.g. alphabet stamp sets, sticker sheets of individual letters)

  • Trademarking any logo created with Pamp as a design mark registration

  • Use in illegal, harassing, hateful, discriminatory, or defamatory material of any kind

Doodle Pack LICENSE — OVERVIEW

WHO IS THIS LICENSE FOR?

This license covers use of the Pamplemousse Doodle Collection ("Doodle Assets") by the individual purchasing the product. One license = one user.

HOW MANY USERS ARE ALLOWED?

Each license covers one (1) user. Each additional user must purchase their own license.

ALLOWED USES

  • Personal projects and non-commercial work

  • Commercial design work — client deliverables, print, branding, packaging, stationery, social media graphics

  • Physical end-products sold for profit (apparel, mugs, stickers, greeting cards, prints, etc.)

  • Client logos and brand marks — client owns the final flattened artwork; client must purchase their own license if they require the original Doodle Asset files

  • Video content, social media, broadcast, and streaming

  • Templates sold to others — Doodle Assets must be flattened, rasterized, or otherwise non-editable in any distributed template file. Original editable vector files may not be included.

  • Digital publications, editorial illustration, and book covers

USES REQUIRING AN EXTENDED LICENSE

  • Any use not described in the Allowed Uses section above. Need an extended license? Contact me

USES NOT PERMITTED

  • Reselling, redistributing, sharing, or transferring the Doodle Asset files in any form — including in resource bundles, clip art packs, design kits, or any other collection sold or given away

  • Including editable, extractable Doodle Asset files in templates distributed to others

  • Using Doodle Assets as the sole design element of a product where the doodle itself is the primary item being sold (e.g., a sticker featuring only an unmodified doodle from the collection)

  • Modifying the Doodle Assets and reselling them as a new clip art, illustration, or resource product

  • Using Doodle Assets in any AI training dataset, generative AI system, or machine learning model of any kind

  • Use in illegal, harassing, hateful, discriminatory, or defamatory material of any kind
